Refund policy
Your Nära Guarantee
We want you to be confident you’ve made the right choice when purchasing Nära products and it’s why we offer a full 60 days in case you change your mind.
If you are not 100% happy with one of our products at the time you receive it, you can return it to us within 60 days for an exchange or refund.

Returns
Our returns policy applies for 60 days from the date you receive your purchase. If more than 60 days has elapsed since your purchase, refunds will only be issued for faulty items.
To be eligible for a return, you’ll need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If the return is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 business days. If the return is not approved, we will contact you directly to discuss the matter further.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Next contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially sent. If the refund is still not there, contact your bank as there is often some processing time before a refund is lodged. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at hello@narashave.com.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned. We do not accept returns for razor blades or blade banks unless the item is faulty.
We do not accept returns on clearance items or gift cards. If you buy an item with a discount code (e.g. new customer offer, or unique promotional discount), you can still return the item, providing it meets all returns policy guidelines.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the item is faulty. If you are shipping an item back to us, please use a tracked shipping service.
Products purchased from our website cannot be returned/exchanged at one of our stockist locations. We also do not accept returns/exchanges for products purchased at our stockist locations.
We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item and will not be responsible for any lost parcels.
